A parts record with the detail you need
- Name, SKU, description, unit of measure and a bin or shelf location.
- A barcode value you can type or paste in from your scanner, and search by it later.
- A link to the supplier record, so you know where to reorder from.
- Search by name, SKU, barcode, location or category.
See what is running low
Parts that fall below their minimum level are highlighted, and the right people are notified, so you reorder before a job is stuck waiting for a part.
Suppliers and purchase orders
Keep supplier details in one place, raise a purchase order and, when the delivery arrives, receive it: stock levels update automatically.
Search an external parts catalogue against the exact vehicle in front of you, with photos and OEM numbers, then add the right part to the job.
History stays intact
A part that has been used on a job or a purchase order is archived rather than deleted, so past jobs and invoices still show exactly what was used. A part that was never used can be removed outright.
Common questions
Can I scan barcodes?
You can store and search a barcode value on each part, for example by typing or pasting it from a handheld scanner.
Does stock update when I use a part on a job?
Parts used on a job are deducted from stock, and receiving a purchase order adds to it.
Can I manage suppliers?
Yes. Supplier records and purchase orders are built in.
