Line-by-line approval, online

Build a quote from labour and parts on the job. The customer receives it online and approves or declines each line, so you do additional work only when it has been agreed, and you have a record of who agreed to what.

If an inspection finds something extra, the finding can be added to the quote in one click rather than being retyped.

Tax invoices set up for Australian GST

  • GST is shown separately: subtotal excluding GST, GST at 10%, and total including GST.
  • Your business name, ABN and address appear on every invoice once you have set them up.
  • Dates use the Australian DD/MM/YYYY format.
  • Open any invoice as a clean, print-ready page and save it as a PDF or print it.

Get paid and keep your books in step

Customers can view their invoice online and, once you have connected a payment provider, pay it online. Mechvy also connects to Xero and MYOB so totals do not have to be keyed in twice.

Quotes that have gone quiet can be followed up automatically, so work does not stall waiting for a reply.
